With a background in physiotherapy and a passion for mindful movement, Angela combines easy-to-follow mind and body practices that are gentle on the nervous system, helping you reset at your own pace.
Originally from Australia, she brings a relaxed, down-to-Earth approach into the fast-faced energy of Singapore. She believes wellness can be slow, intuitive, and deeply nourishing. Her style is gentle yet transformative - blending evidence-based movement with mindful coaching to help people recalibrate, find balance, and reconnect with themselves.
